Joining local people in praising the emerency services
Trevor Ivory has joined local people in praising the emergency services for their handling of the potentially disastrous explosion at the Bacton Gas Terminal earlier today.

“I have spoken to several villagers in Bacton this evening and they all tell me that the emergency services have done a fantastic job bringing the blaze under control.”

“It is clearly important that a full investigation is now carried out quickly to establish exactly what happened at the terminal today and to ensure that it does not happen again. But it is also important that we take time this evening to say thank you to all those who have avoided today becoming a national disaster.”
